Alert
Non-essential water use
January 20, 2025
Good morning customers! Just a follow up to yesterday's message... we would like to ask our community to avoid using water for the next few days that is not necessary, due to the conditions that are going to arise with all of the dripping faucets. This includes washing clothes. Please refrain from washing clothes/vehicles/etc until after the weather conditions return back to normal. If you can, we recommend turning your outside water valve off and draining your pipes completely. This will greatly reduce the risk of your pipes bursting. If you do not have a shut off valve outside your home, please ensure that your pipes are thoroughly insulated. If you have an emergency please contact us at (409) 466-7780. If you have a leak, please turn your meter valve off to avoid unnecessary water loss. If you do end up with a leak, please call/text us to notify us. We pray for everyone's safety during these next few days and enjoy the snow! ❄️

Upcoming inclement weather
January 19, 2025
As we are approaching some very frigid temperatures, please make every attempt to prepare yourself and your home for the major drop in temperatures. Please be aware that when everyone in the community is dripping all of their faucets...this will deplete the volume of water throughout the system and contribute to low pressure conditions. We will be working diligently to try and keep up, but we want you to be aware of the potential problems we will be facing.
